Four ways we work with Westchester homeowners. Pick one, or start with a
free on-site estimate and we'll figure out the right scope together.
Lawn care & maintenance
Weekly mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep.
Reliable weekly service: mow, edge, trim, blow. Fertilization, weed control, aeration, and overseeding on schedule. We rotate cut patterns and sharpen blades so your lawn isn't getting torn up week after week.
What you get
Weekly mow / edge / trim / blow
Spring and fall cleanups (leaves, debris, beds)
Fertilization and weed program (optional add-on)
Landscape design & planting
Beds, borders, trees, shrubs, and lawn renovation.
From a single bed refresh to a full front-yard redesign. We pick plants that match the light, soil, and deer pressure of your property — not a stock catalog. Mulch and edging finish the job.
What you get
Plant plan with sun/soil/deer notes
Installation and mulching
Watering schedule and one-year plant guidance
Masonry — walls, walkways, patios
Stone and brick work that stays level and stays put.
Bluestone patios, fieldstone walls, brick walkways, stone steps, and chimney repair. Proper base prep, proper drainage, proper jointing — the parts most crews skip and the reason their work fails in five years.
What you get
Site prep, excavation, and drainage
Stone or brick installation to spec
Cleanup, sealing (where appropriate), and walkthrough
Hardscape design & outdoor living
Patios, fire pits, retaining walls, and drainage.
We design outdoor spaces that work for how you actually live — grilling space that's reachable from the kitchen, fire pit that doesn't smoke into the house, retaining wall that solves the runoff problem instead of moving it.
What you get
Site assessment and concept sketch
Materials list and written estimate
Build, cleanup, and final walkthrough
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for estimates?
No. On-site estimates within Westchester County are free and come with no obligation. We'll walk the property, talk through what you want, and email a written estimate within two business days.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and can provide certificates of insurance directly to your home insurer or property manager on request.
What towns do you serve?
Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Pleasantville, Chappaqua, Millwood, Yorktown Heights, and surrounding Westchester County towns. Outside that area, ask — we'll let you know.
When do you start jobs?
Lawn maintenance routes start in April. Hardscape and masonry projects book 4–8 weeks out depending on the season. Lock in spring slots by booking an estimate in winter.
How do you handle drainage on patios and walls?
Every hardscape and masonry project starts with a drainage plan. We grade away from the house, install drainage stone or perforated pipe behind retaining walls, and use the right base depth for the soil type. The reason cheap installations fail in five years is skipping this — we don't.
How do you bill?
Lawn care: monthly invoices, pay by check or ACH. Hardscape and masonry: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on completion. Net 15 payment terms. We take check, ACH, or Zelle — no card fees passed to you.
What if I don't like something after the work is done?
Walkthrough at the end of every job. If something isn't right, we fix it before you sign off. If something settles or fails within a year, we come back at no charge.
